Gypsy Sport was one of the brands nominated for the CFDA 2015 Design Award. Under the leadership of designer Rio Uribe, the brand started from the initial headdress and hat and gradually became a street fashion brand today.

The designer, Rio Uribe, first started with homemade caps, worked with brands such as DKNY and Opening Ceremony, and designed costumes for the Hunger Game. In 2013, it won the VFILES Made Fashion fashion competition organized by the New York brand VFiles, which made the brand's popularity open.
